GP STRIBOG TT TOKAREV LIMITED EDITION

The Slovak firearms manufacturer GRAND POWER brought to the market a new version of the popular Stribog carbine, this time in 7.62×25 Tokarev caliber, in addition, in a short, pistol version.

As stated by the company manager Jaroslav Kuracina, this idea did not arise by itself, it was a long-term request from the professional public and shooters, as the 7.62 x 25 cartridge has its supporters.

The GRAND POWER Stribog TT will be produced in a limited edition of a total of 100 units, with production numbers TT001 to TT100. The first part of the 100 piece series is already on sale.

Stribog TT is structurally based on the A3 version, so it has a split cocking lever and a braked bolt, which makes shooting more pleasant and recoil less, which is very desirable in conjunction with the powerful 7.62×25 cartridge. The basis of the TT version is an aluminum lower, unlike the standard A3 version in 9×19 caliber, which comes in a plastic version, with the option of purchasing an aluminum trigger block for an additional fee.

The Stribog TT has a 10″ long barrel, i.e. 25.4cm, and a total length of just under 43cm (note 16.9″). The grip is replaceable, compatible with AR15 type grips. Weight without magazine is 2190g.

The standard packaging of the Stribog TT is a simple transport case, 1x magazine, a folding stock, a muzzle brake and the weapon itself, which comes fitted with a blank instead of a stock.

An interesting feature is the used magazine from the vz.24/26 machine gun with a capacity of 32 rounds. The modification of the original magazine consists in the additional grinding of the space for the catch, thanks to which it is possible to use for modification a number of magazines that are available on the market today. Unlike the Stribog, the catch is in the 9×19 Luger caliber and is located in the center in front of the trigger beam.

The cocking lever, like the A3 version in 9×19 Luger, is separate and separate from the rest of the bolt, so it remains in the forward position. Left-handed people will welcome the possibility to transfer the tension lever to the opposite side, moreover, without the use of tools.
