Glock 48 EU

The G48 in 9mm Luger is similar in length and height to the Glock 19, but the width of the pistol is reduced for increased carry comfort. The capacity of the single-row magazine 01 G48 is 10 cartridges. It comes with a silver breech finish with an nPVD treatment that provides harder and more durable breech protection against corrosion, scratches and improves the ability to function even in adverse conditions.

The reinforced polygonal profile of the barrel is easy to clean and is better adapted to the bullet. The barrel thereby increases the speed of the projectile.

The 10-shot single-row magazine Slim 01 has a specific design that reduces its dimensions to a minimum. The orange feeder allows the shooter to clearly see if there are any rounds left in the magazine or not.

The metal insert is covered with a polymer coating, as with all GLOCK magazines.

FS – Front Serrations. Front breeching on the bolt (FS) provides additional contact surface when handling the bolt, giving the operator positive traction even with wet or sweaty hands. This new design offers an advantage for professional users to perform a quick check of the weapon before and after firing. Even with a weak hand, the user can grasp the slide by the front rifling and slide it rearward until a clear view of the chamber is possible. When done correctly, the hand will not come near the muzzle.

Glock pistols are equipped with so-called Safe Action trigger mechanism. Instead of a cock, they have a partially pre-stretched firing pin, which is fully extended by pressing the trigger. After the cartridge is fired, it returns to its original state when the trigger is released.
