Description
The Ruger AR-556 is an affordable M4 style self-loading revolver. During development, it was intensively tested and only the highest quality components and materials were used in its production. Frame made of aluminum alloy 7075 – T6. The cold forged chrome molybdenum barrel has a black nitride finish for corrosion resistance. The robust construction and reliability of the weapon are attributes that you can expect from the Ruger brand as standard.
The 5.56×45mm NATO caliber is engineered for higher shot pressure and higher muzzle velocity than the .223 Remington. The .223 Remington cartridge can be fired from a weapon chambered in 5.56×45mm NATO, but reverse use could be dangerous.
