Description

The Glock 4 generation offers two slide-in backs on the stock of the pistol, which allows the shooter to adjust the grip according to his hand. The base size S is fixed to the frame and is 2mm smaller than the full size G 26, the size M leans on the full size G26 and the size L is 4mm larger. The inclination of the handle is preserved.

The magazine release is enlarged and double-sided - it allows to change it to the right or left side of the gun without additional parts. In addition, the Glock 4 generation has a new effective frame roughening as well as on the replaceable backs.

The Glock 4 generation has a new double recoil spring and a thicker guide rod, which greatly reduces wear and damage to the system.

The Glock 26 is a tiny weapon that is produced as an alternative to "ladies'" handbag five-shot revolvers, therefore it is often called "Baby Glock." It has several advantages - in addition to the reliable safe action mode, it is mainly the magazine capacity of 10/12 rounds of 9x19mm caliber. The weight of 560g without magazine is influenced by the light but durable polymer body.

Glock pistols are equipped with so-called Safe Action trigger mechanism. Instead of a cock, they have a partially pre-stretched firing pin, which is fully extended by pressing the trigger. After the cartridge is fired, it returns to its original state when the trigger is released.

Safe Action includes three independent fuses:

• trigger - when the trigger is pressed, the lever protruding in front of the trigger is first pressed, which prevents the trigger from being moved unintentionally,
• firing pin – a metal sprung roller, preventing the firing pin from penetrating the primer until the trigger is pressed,
• falling - the firing pin is held in place until the trigger is fully depressed.

Glocks do not have an external (manual) safety.
